I was struck on my motorcycle by an unisured motorist that ran a stop sign, breaking a total of 9 bones, I’ve had 4 operations and I still have 1 more to go. My bills have hit over $ 300,000 the woman that hit me got less than a 00 in fines and is already driving again. I think it should be a $ 2000 dollar fine and they lose their auto to be sold at auction and drivers license for a year. The fine and money gained from the sale of their car should go into a fund to pay the victim’s. Once they are hit with a fine and loss of their car and license maybe they will think twice about getting behind the wheel and not having insurance. Because let’s face it, if you can’t afford insurance you cant afford to drive.

I live in Richmond, CA. I just passed my permit test and now i need to find a affordable behind the wheel training school. I looked around on the internet, they are all too expensive. And I also want to know if the driving school can make an faster appointment for you(I heard people said that they can make the appointment date earlier than the one you already made)

My sister is a good person who made a mistake. She has 3 children a job and is planning to finish college. She is 26 years old. Would the judge consider your great background in a DUI case. If you never had any priors or no one was injured. She had 3 drinks and was arrested after a car ran into the back of her. She side swiped another car and didnt notice until after she was arrested. How much would your BAC be if you had 3 Mixed drinks (not straight liquor) If they took your blood 4 hours later and there was no breathalyzer. She fell asleep in her cell and they transported her to the hospital. She had just gotten off of work and was sleepy behind the wheel. She also ate a burger and fries while consuming the drinks would this affect anything ?

I was in Iowa and was pulled over for being too close to a semi, my friend was smoking pot. The cop smelled it and asked if we had pot, I said yes and gave it all up. He made me throw it away in a field, along with the pipe and basically let us go with a traffic fine and let us go our way, I was never detained or arrested. Few months later I enlisted for the army back in NJ and completely forgot about the incident. Now few years later I found out my drivers license is supended, so I decided to get a report of my driving history and I says I have a DUI, and I have no idea what to do now, someone please help.
Aren’t you suppose to be arrested when you have a DUI? and the cop also said he will let us off the hook and let us go with a minor traffic fine. If the cop thought I was under the influence why would he let me go and get behind a wheel, I was driving back to NJ that day BTW.

Bluetooths help drivers keep both hands on the wheel, but it is still distracting, answering a question or thinking of what to say while driving can get you in an accident, and maybe even kill you.

Anyway,

Anyone know an estimate of how many people die in accidents while using bluetooth per year, or day?

I heard my friends taking their dmv test at Carmichael. They said it is easy. I been driving three years with my parents off and on at times. I got a permit. I have not yet so far took behind the wheel. I was wondering how does it feel like doing behind the wheel. I have not driven around Carmichael. I was wondering what kinda questions do the DMV asks you or what do they ask for when you are doing behind the wheel?.

About a month ago the California DMV sent me a newspaper print booklet about what I would encounter during the behind the wheel driving test. I lost that booklet and called for them to send me a replacement, but I got the wrong thing. Does anyone know what the title of the booklet was?

There’s a video I saw where the car flips and crushes a couple that were on a wall. The girl was sitting down and her boyfriend was on his knees (I believe) on the ground, when the car flips in the air and crushes him as she is looking down at him and crushes her legs. It ends with her at the cemetary in a wheel chair.

I would really like to be able to download it but would be satisfied if I could just find it again.

I have been looking for driving schools in my area. Most the ones i found were really expensive. Does anyone know of a school that offers behing-the-wheel training for a good price?

Me and my two freinds were riding in a bench seat Dodge Ram. I was in the middle. We turned on to a dirt road where the driver started purposely fish tailing. At one point he had the truck completely sideways!!! While he was fish tailing I seen a deer jump out in front of us. I grabbed the wheel to gain control of the vehicle because I was scared for my life. I was never able to get the vehicle under control and we hit a tree head on. My freind (who was driving) and me both were taken to jail for dui. The driver has pleaded out to an impaired and I have gone to jury trial and was found guilty. I feel like I had a biased jury (one of the jurors was the DA’s Fathers boss) and my attorney was awful. On cross exam for the Prosecutions star witness my Attorney only asked him 2 questions!!! I feel like I am being railroaded here. Am I right?? If so what can I do to make this go away??
