Recently, I was given a traffic ticket for speeding in Los Alto. The amount is 2. I have three options: To pay the ticket (bail forfeiture), to request court appearance, or to take Traffic School. I have not had other violations in the past 18 months. The due date is January 22, 2010.
Anyone know what option to choose???
13 months ago, I received a speeding ticket. It was a supervision ticket (6 mo) and I went to traffic school/paid for the ticket. My current Driving Abstract from the DMV lists that I have nothing on my record. I just got Steer Clear Good Driver discount forms in the mail. Am I still eligible? Would an insurance company know about my ticket?
I went 10 miles over the limit, and am under the age of 18. I cannot afford to pay the fine. What are my options.
Would like to add that this is my second ticket in two months. So traffic school will not work.

I received a ticket in Washington today. I live in Canada, but I was curious if you have some sort of traffic school that sort of makes the ticket go away, after you pay of course. I used to live in the states and I know other states do that. For an example, if I received a ticket in California, I can pay it and go to traffic school and it doesn’t affect my DMV record. You can only do this once every 3 years.
Does Washington have something similar?
I live in Illinois, I got my first two moving violations in August of 2009, one for speeding and one for following too closely, i was granted supervision and online traffic school is needed to be done before my court date on March 17th, 2010, I just received another speeding ticket on March 1st, am I still legible to ask for supervision or is my license going to get suspended if I dont hire a lawyer
I recently got a speeding ticket in which I was going to pay this Wednesday. Some people say I just pay the fine, take 8 hour traffic school and cleared, w/o seeing a judge, some say I pay the fine, take 8 hour traffic school, cleared, and I HAVE to see the judge. which one is it?
I just got pulled over tonight for running a stop sign. I don’t think I completely ran it, but I did a California roll and I realize that counts as running it. So I’m going to plead guilty. But I’m unsure of how this works.
If I plead guilty, and pay the fine… can I get the 3 points off my license if I go to traffic school?
