What can they charge you with if you are still under probation? Someone said you can get another DUI.
I know that this type of ticket is just a fine, but does anyone know whether it will be a problem for my DUI probation even though it is not related to any type of alcohol offense? please help..
I live in California if that helps at all.
My boyfriend was in Alemeda County (Ca.) & was under the influence (marijuana). He was pulled over &spent 12 hours in a holding cell. The Officer took his license but for some reason it was returned to him. What will (most likely) be the outcome? Probation (how long)? Fines (how much)? Suspended license (how long)? Is it possible for him to get off with probation & community service?? Thaaaaank youuuuuuuu!!
So I got a speeding ticket and applied for deferred adjudication. I’m not sure if its just a Texas thing or not, but basically you get put on probation for a while and the ticket doesn’t go on your record. Anyways, I got a reply back saying this (and yes, it was written in all caps):
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, AND DECREED THAT THE ENDS OF JUSTICE AND THE BEST INTEREST OF BOTH SOCIETY AND THE DEFENDANT WILL BE SERVED BY DEFERRING FURTHER PROCEEDING WITH ENTERING AN ADJUDUCATION OF GUILT, AND PLACING DEFENDANT OF PROBABTION FOR A TERM OF 90 DAYS, AND BY ASSESSING AN ADMINATRATIVE FEE AND COURT COSTS, INCLUDING THE FINE, OF 0.00.
So how much do I have to pay, 0 or 0 plus the 5 speeding ticket fine? I’m not sure because of the way its worded. I tried to call the county courthouse, but it was in one of those tiny backwoods towns and noone ever answers.

I was convicted two years ago and I am on probation.
What a wimpy judge to hand down a 5 year probation & 8.50 fine.
I have a felony deferred adjudication back in 2009 for credit card abuse and want to go to truck driving school but cant find one that will let me go because of background check even though I wasnt convicted,just charged.
I have been off probation since feb. 2009
I will have it sealed in 2014.
first off im 18 so i got a underage drinking charge to, ive never been in any kinda of trouble with the law be4, so with all that the underage drinking charge and the d.u.i wat kind of trouble am i looking at, and wat kind of fines, and how much will my probation cost me by the week or mounth or how every u pay it? oh yeah and im in north carolina if that matters
If I was arrested in April 2010 and convicted in July 2011, when is the soonest I can apply for a CDL? Oh, my license was never suspended or revoked. I am on probation though. And in Texas.

And I haven’t drank since.
I have started college and i am am unsure of what career i can persue with a misdomeanor theft conviction and a highest class dwi conviction first offence, both successfully completed defered ajudication probation or community supervision. I like being around people but am judging. constructive feedback would be appreciated.
