I haven’t paid my DUI fine and didn’t attend the classes. How do I find out if I have a warrant for this and if so how long with the jail time be?
if i got in trouble when i was 16 and 18 years old will this affect me ? when i was a teen i got in some trouble no jail time ever..16 yrs old case was thrown out because of no evidence and received my paperwork back and mugshots.. when i was 18 i was convicted of a misdemeanor..i havnt been in trouble since and im 34 yrs old now. what are my chances for a pistol permit in ny? i know people who have dwi and misdemeanor convictions and have full carry licenses. i guess it depends on the judge?
I was in an accident in which she totaled my car, among other damage. I’m curious what the penalty is for her being without coverage? Fines? Jail time? We’re talking around ,000 worth of damage to my car, the car she was driving (not belonging to her), some property damage, and my medical.

My son got a dui in 2007 and 2009. Did his time. This year he got three more in five months, still pending. I am lead to believe if I pay the 00 he would be released on monitor bracelet go to a rehab class and they would take prison off the table, however he would still serve jail time. Is this common? My son is not ready to be released, however I do not want him to go to prison?
Ok, so I live in California and one year ago I got my first DUI…one month and a half ago I got the second one and before even going to court for it I got the third…what now? What penalties am I facing?

if someone gets arrested for a dui on a friday late night and serves from sat-thurs in jail….and has to go to court in a few weeks will that jail time they did decrease their fine or no?
Well, here’s the situation. Someone from NY attempted to send me pot through the mail, apparently, and I had no idea. (I used to smoke a back in the day. My birthday had just passed and I hadn’t seen my friends in over a year. I guess one of them was trying to do me a favor) Whoever they were used my best friends addsress who doesn’t even smoke pot, (assholes) and as a result, he’s been charged with possesion (a 125$ fine in NY. no biggie). Well, my question is whether or not I have to pay a fine to. And if so, by Michigan guidelines (possible jail time) or NY terms. I also got a DUI in Iowa a while back and am on prohibation, so I’m litterally freaking out. Something I didn’t even ask for could possibly put me in jail for 1yr. Please let me know, so at least I know. The sooner the better. Thank you.
