I was pulled over and the cop asked for registration the first time and didnt worry about my insurance and he wrote me a ticket for window tint. 3 weeks later he pulled me over again for window tint and didnt check for registration or insurance just wrote me another ticket. I was just wondering if they are required to do that…
My friend got her license suspendeda few months ago, she got pulled over for rulling a red light and the arrested her for that and driving on a suspended license. She got stopped at a road block a few months later.The cop gave her a ticket and let her go.Now she called about her fine she has to pay and they say she has to do 10 days in jail can they do that?(she is also 8 1/2 months pregnant and will be having the baby in time)

Hi. I got a new job and since it’s some miles far away, I’ll have to ride bike. Even though I’ll be wearing helmet and stuff, I still feel uncomfortable with bunch of cars that will pass by me when I ride it on the side of the road.
Therefore, I prefer to ride it on the pedestrian road since it’s lot safer. But I’m worried if it’s legal. Is it okay to ride bikes on the pedestrian road? Can I get a ticket for it if cop sees me?

I was in Iowa and was pulled over for being too close to a semi, my friend was smoking pot. The cop smelled it and asked if we had pot, I said yes and gave it all up. He made me throw it away in a field, along with the pipe and basically let us go with a traffic fine and let us go our way, I was never detained or arrested. Few months later I enlisted for the army back in NJ and completely forgot about the incident. Now few years later I found out my drivers license is supended, so I decided to get a report of my driving history and I says I have a DUI, and I have no idea what to do now, someone please help.
Aren’t you suppose to be arrested when you have a DUI? and the cop also said he will let us off the hook and let us go with a minor traffic fine. If the cop thought I was under the influence why would he let me go and get behind a wheel, I was driving back to NJ that day BTW.

I also paid for a nationwide warrant search just now and it came up with no records, EVER! This is driving me crazy!

I ran a yellow light which turned red half way through and was pulled over my a cop within the next few seconds. I have never been pulled over before and was very polite and let off with a warning after he lectured me on the weather conditions and how it’s important to drive safely in the winter. Is there a way that my parents will find out or that points will be added to my license for just receiving a warning?
Heres the deal: I was speeding, no denying that. I was passing a car 70mph (on speed limit of 70) and while I was passing the car it switch over to 55mph, and the cop was right at the sign.
I am a 21 year old college student, and also work full time. I have no problem with paying the fine, however I cant afford having my insurance going up.So I was talking with my dad and he told me to go to traffic court and request driving school.
I have NO idea what to do when I go to court. Do I plea guilty? What do I tell the judge? Will they allow me to go to driving school? Wil there be a prosecuter? I live in Kentucky, but got the ticket in Tennessee, and this is my first driving offense.
