So any ideas on what would happen to a person if they have the following problems?

Before Basic Training
1. 15 citations that the Army knows about (they let him in anyways)
At home, After Basic Training
2. Wrecks into a telephone pole and mailbox
3. Leaves the accident scene and hides the car
4. Recieve a DUI and citation for leaving the scene

What will the Army National Guard do in this situation? Jail? Fines? Have to pay back bonus? No pay for some time?

My husband got stopped speeding. Anyways, the ticket will be 7. If he takes defensive driving, will it reduce the fine or just get it dismissed? He took defensive driving about 15 years ago and can’t remember. Is it cheaper to just to pay the citation, or take the class? We are in texas.

So, I’m driving home from work in a tiny town with a stop sign at every block and not enough traffic to justify them all. I turn right at a "T" where there is a stop sign…yes, I stopped… and some cop training a baby-faced cadet is sitting down the street like a parked car. Junior needs some practice filling out paper work and whatnot, so they pull me over and claim I didn’t stop at that corner. Is this not bullcrap? I know the kid needs practice and there isn’t enough crime here to give him some, but charging me an unjust fine so the rug rat can fill out a citation is unethical. The thing is, I’m railroaded; there’s not a thing I can do, is there?

I was pulled over and told my tabs were expired and my license was suspended for not paying a speeding ticket. I went to the dmv and bought new tabs and they said my license was valid…? If it is suspended would I be able to get a limited license (work permit) just until i have the money to pay the citation? I just need to get to work and school. The only info I could find is getting a limited license after a DUI.

I received two non-moving written warnings, a non-moving violation, and a moving violation (0-9 mph over limit) during a traffic stop initiated by an officer who "paced" me. Whether through plea or hearing, I hope to have the moving violation rescinded, but I would like to know if the prosecuting attorney, the officer, or the court can change the written warnings to violations and/or increase the "level" or "mph" of the speeding violation in response to me "fighting" the citation.

How much is a suspended license citation. I got one today and from what I understand I have 7 days to take care of my unpaid tickets and the citation and get it reinstated right. Kinda freaking out I’m a student that doesn’t have a lot of money to begin with can some help explain this to me.

I had a ticket before, but I when to traffic school and paid the fines that was my first ticket. Would it still show up in my DMV record (California). Also I had a carpool and a parking citation from local cities, will those show up in the records? I did paid both fines.

Will it affect when I apply for police exam?
