I have a 1968 Buick Lesabre Convertible of which less than 4,000 were orriginally built. What I would like to find out is how many of the cars built still remain? I would think that there has to be some DMV record of this. Does anyone know how I could find this information out?
Say, a driver, did not drink or anything, was driving 45mph in a 50mph zone(everything he was doing was legal), and a pedestrian suddenly rushes across the road and got hit. Whose fault is it under the law? And if the pedestrian dies, will the driver face more serious charges?

Hi. I got a new job and since it’s some miles far away, I’ll have to ride bike. Even though I’ll be wearing helmet and stuff, I still feel uncomfortable with bunch of cars that will pass by me when I ride it on the side of the road.
Therefore, I prefer to ride it on the pedestrian road since it’s lot safer. But I’m worried if it’s legal. Is it okay to ride bikes on the pedestrian road? Can I get a ticket for it if cop sees me?

Well, I have been looking through insurance sites, and have found that it is pretty simple to sign up for your car and insurance, and easily pay online. I don’t think I’ll have a problem with insurance, but just in case. Anyways, my friend told me that two of his friends have registered cars that their parents don’t know about, and I might be able to as well. They did not use their friends over 18 to get it. Is this really possible for a minor to purchase a vehicle, and register it through DMV? Same goes for buying insurance. I have a bank account with a few grand, also got a debit card and paypal account for online purchases. Got my DMV license as well.

Most all of them they were the only vehicle involved, but the cars usually did roll numerous times.

Well i don’t plan to drink or drive or take drugs while driving but I’m have this OCD phase where im constantly thinking i might run over and kill someone when i become confident in driving while will make me complacent about the road. The funny thing is or not so funny thing is that the source of my anxiety isn’t about running over and killing someone it’s going to jail for such a long time and how badly you get treated by inmates while in there bashing, rape etc. I recently have OCD about the way i look but it’s gone now because i found that im alot better looking than i thought (found out by girls) but now i need some sort of out to get out of this anxiety loop i thought suicide but that might be hard while in custody IT’S not like im going to do it, its just calms me down if this happens i’ll do this. I don’t know how to get rid of this anxiety even though it seems irrational since i don’t plan on breaking the road rules.

A brief search of the Internet produced these statistics: Zero death from nuclear power plant accidents in America and 1.3 million (very conservative estimate) from auto accidents in the last 4 decades. When our energy needs are 70% dependent on imported oil why not bring on more nuclear power until alternative energy sources are developed? To be opposed to nuclear power because of danger to human life and remain consistent one should also support the elimination of cars which just last year were responsible for 43,000 road fatalities.
