I was in a car accident with several injuries, not my fault. Besides getting the persons at fault bodily injury protection could I also claim some of his uninsured ?
If I’m in a car accident, and I settle with the person that hit me for 10k, and I have 50k in uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, can I get 40k from my UM coverage or 50k from my UM coverage — assuming my damages are 100k total.

All the audio works but i am missing the radio stations and the pedestrian audio, and the audio where cj gets into a car accident. I could care less about the radio cause i use my own music but i wouldnt mind having it, but what i want more is the pedestrians. Anybody know where i can get it, maybe a link or can you send it?
I got into a car accident it was the other drivers fault but I had no insurance and a suspended license. I want to know if the other drivers insurance company will cover it the damages to my car?

If a woman has consensual sex while she is intoxicated and and then regrets it the next day, was she raped, or should she be held responsible for her own actions, or..?

i was in a car accident a little over a month ago the ins totaled my truck out and i ended up getting hurt i did get a lawyer and i am in fla i have to go to massage therapy 2x a week,psyical therapy 2x a week ,plus 3 meds everyday, mri’s, x-rays i have loss of feeling on and off in my left arm and lower back problems due a small central disk herniation in my neck that the mri said it was related to the car accident can anyone tell me if i will get a settlement and about how much i am very upset i need the feeling in my arm i am a nanny and have to use my arm a lot this has also raise my blood pres any information anyone could give me would help me a great deal thank you so much for your time and god bless
