Hi. This is hard to explain, but I’ll try. A long time ago I was browsing the internet for information about different philosophical theories, and I found something that reminded me a bit about Plato. The thing is, I can’t remember what it was called, or if Plato was the one who had the original theory. Basically the theory said that there exists an abstract library which consists of information about everything that is, and the truth about everything. It was something few people could access, and philosophers only. It reminds me of Plato, but I can’t remember anything else. I am looking for the name of that theory, and the name of the philosopher. Please help; this is driving me nuts.

i was driving my sisters car and i dont have a permit or a license and i crashed. will i be on probation? will my license get suspended til 18? 21? and im 16 right now

I have a valid driver’s license, but I left it at school and I am only home for the weekend. I have never gotten pulled over before and I don’t speed, so I don’t expect to get pulled over any time soon. I will be doing at most 15 minutes of driving for the entire weekend. On the off chance I get pulled over, though, what happens since I wouldn’t have my driver’s license with me at the time?

at first I thought that it sounded a little similar to Zep’s Kashmir and Deep Purple’s Perfect Strangers, but I listened to those and I think I heard something even more similar to AtoC. What do you guys think, its driving me nuts!

i have my permit and im getting my license in like 20days im a good driver never been pulled over. i was just wondering what could happen if i get caught driving with out my license and only my permit?

I know the difference between concrete and abstract words, but I’m having issues with a couple of concepts.

Concrete words are something you can experience with your 5 senses
Abstract words is anything that you have to grasp by concept and intellectually.

My book gave the example that "numbers" is an abstract term, and thus "five" is abstract as well since we cannot touch five or weigh it. But, this is what bothers me.. I can see 5 <– it’s right there. How is this considered abstract?
Also, are "words" "paragraphs" and so forth considered abstract, too? If you could provide other examples of abstractions that is similar to numbers that would be great.
I understand the concept of war, peace, love, happiness ect. being abstractions but things like numbers and other similar ‘concepts’ are just driving me crazy. I need an explanation.

For a photo project I need to pick a photographer and take a series of photographs in their style. I really want to take macro and/or abstract images of everyday objects but cannot find any photographers that have taken photos like that. Every abstract and macro photographer I find have focused on nature, landscapes and insects, which are all nearly impossible for me to do because a) I only have a week to do the assignment b) I only have a point and shoot camera with a macro setting and c) it’s mid-April and there’s snow on the ground and no good places to take landscape shots that are within driving distance.

Basically I am looking for photographers that have created abstract or close-up images with everyday objects and things found around the house. Thanks!

I was driving without license and got two citations, one for and the other for driving without license, I have to go to trail for that one(I was charge TA16101 A )
Will I go to jail for being charge with TA16101 A?and I don’t even have a license or a learner’s permit! This is my first offense. It happened in Maryland
