I got DUI last year. And I am currently laid off. I am in probation. Can I get job in Information Technology Permanent or as a Contractor. If I can get it what are the ways to do it. Texas.
I’m trying to help out a friend and she received a DUI away from base. They don’t know about it and her civilian court date is in between new assignments. If she receives a deferred sentence and the case is dismissed, will the military still charge her with dui? Will they find out?

I intend to attend ground school in the fall. I need my class 3 medical and was wondering if I need to report my old DUI even if it was dismissed, granted after I attended a diversion program. Also later I will need both class 2 and 1 do the same rules apply?

Wasn’t too clear on the same question I posted yesterday. I know alcohol consumption –> DUI, but which foods have alcohol, even if relatively little.. I’ve heard people have gotten booked for eating tiramisu cake, liqueur chocolates, and another ridiculous food which I can’t remember, but I think I ought know this stuff, being a learner driver myself. Or its just interesting

Cop pulled me over and I had been drinking. He did not issue me a DUI, but did give me a reckless driving ticket. He told me if I fought the reckless driving he would charge me with DUI.
I was recently charged with a DUI to the slightest degree in Arizona. I have hired an experienced attorney to defend my case. I have never had any kind of record in the past civil or criminal traffic. I am a responsible citizen and I go to school in Illinois.
My BAC blood test came out to be 0.09 just slightly above 0.08 legal limit.
What are my chances of getting my charges reduced to reckless driving or dismissed or reduced to anything other than DUI?
