Depends on your state but most likely no. If you turn 18 before your court date then yes, you may represent your self.
i think it’s best to plead guilty.
see how they sort it owt etc… and they’ll prob let u off a little since u wern’t 18 at the tym…
In most places, yes. However, I have never known anybody to beat a traffic ticket. NoLo contindre may be an option. (It’s a legal term that means no contest in Latin). Another option may be to speak to the solicitor (prosecutor) and see if they will reduce the charges.
