when your license is suspended because you didn’t pay a traffic ticket then you pay it all off would it be quick for them to unsuspend your license, would it take days.
I dropped my son off at school under a no parking sign and was cited for CA VC 21461(a). Obviously my car was not moving but due to the "all encompassing" nature of this code section I fear it will be counted as a point against my record.
This is really confusing when you consider that cops CAN USE FORCE to take the clothes off of someone who refuses a strip search or obtain the fingerprints of someone who refuses to be fingerprinted. After all, is it really that hard for a bunch of cops to hold down a drunk driving suspect so that someone can inject a needle into the suspect to obtain some blood to determine the BAC?
Go pulled over going 88 in a 55. It was dark and roads a bit wet, didn’t get wreckless driving, just got a citation. This happened in Savannah, GA around 1:00 am. Can anyone give me an estimate of maybe how much my ticket will be? Im gessing 350-400$

No I don’t drive drunk I’m 19 and still live with my mother who tells me if I get caught drinking I have to move out, the problem is she has a breathalyzer and so it makes it impossible to experiance a fun young life. Somebody help ?
Someone is killed in a pedestrian/motor vehicle accident, the victims wife is notified in person by the cops, would the police who notified her actually take her to the hospital? Would she be asked to identify him if it isn’t a homicide?
18 year old gets pulled over for ”speeding” the cop says he is giving me a warning then immediately asks me to step out of the truck, he then proceeds to ask me pointless questions like how I got so many dents in my truck and how much I bought if for… then makes me do a roadside sobriety test because my pupils were dilated. After telling me how good I did on the test and how I did everything correctly, he searches me. He finds nothing illegal. Immediately after he handcuffs me and starts reading my rights. After he arrested me he searches my truck and finds one pipe with resin in it. He leaves the pipe in the truck, but charges me with possession of marijuana and a speeding ticket! He took me in for a drug test by checking my blood pressure. Of course my blood pressure is going to be high… I just got arrested for the first time! He then proceeds to tell me he actually though I was under the influence of meth.. which I have NEVER used in my life. This seems like a case I could fight and win… What do you think? Advice please.
By the way i forgot to state that when he pulled me over he said i was going 68 in a 60 but when I got into the car on the screen it said 64 and had my name and license plate next to it.
Because I heard cellphones are the reason a lot of people get injured in car accidents.
