Will getting a speeding ticket on military base go on civilian driving record?

Hi, I received a ticket on a military base (Ft Lewis, WA) for going 10 over the speed limit. I was wondering if this will go on my driving record.
As a side note, my insurance and driver license are both from California, although I’m not sure if that information matters.

No that’s the cool thing military base is like it’s own country it will only be seen by military police but civilian police won’t be able to see nor your insurance. your lucky !
Is this true in the state of MI too? My tickets says United States District Court Violation Notice.
