My friend killed a woman the other day because he drove drunk, it does not sound like him to do that and i heard he may not have been drunk, so I still have hope. He was charged with 2nd degree manslaughter DUII and reckless driving. I hope the tox screen comes back negitive but I do not know.
After the accident he ran back yellin cal 911, he is not a bad person just did something really dumb that cost a life. No matter what I will support him because he can still do good with his life he will have to move on. I am sure it will haunt him for the rest of his life.

People on the news a calling him a murderer and a killer but he is still a good guy and will pay for what he did and will not complain. He will be a man about it.

I guess I want to know how to support him. I have know him for 10 years that is almost half our lifes. and he was there for me with the death of my mom so I have to be strong for him.

The first thing I wrote him was I do not feel sorry for him but for his poor judgement. I still need to support him!!!

I told him this is not the time to feel sorry for himself he needs to pray for those kids, also it has not been confirmed that he was drunk a good chance he was not. the most I heard he drank was one drink, he got off work at 10 stopped at a xmas party and it ha[ppenend at 11:13, it is not like he got wasted. and if he was drunk I said I will not tell him its okay but I will be there for him. I also told him if he did do this he deserves time in jail. ( I have not visited him because his family has been there but I wrote him)

I checked my bill & it said 8 & that does not incude the 9 ticket fee. I did get an extension so is that cause for traffic school fee to go up? the court steals from everybody but this is ridiculous?
BTW i cant call the court because they always hangup or dont pickup the phone..

I just got pulled over because one of my taillights was burnt and i hadnt noticed, after further assesment the peace officer said i smelled like alcohol which is funny because i dont even drink and furthermore when he asked me to take the breathilizer test i tested 0.02% i have no idea how that happened but now i find myself i a predicament which i cant find a way out of because i have no money to pay for an attorney and i am consdiering representing myslef in both the court and DMV hearing.oh and i am currently 20 years of age in the County Of Los Angeles.

I frequently borrow my grandmothers car. I am not under the insurance policy since I have a different address than my grandmother. If I get pulled over one day for a moving violation (for example, speeding), will anything happen with my grandmother’s insurance bills?
I am insured under my both parents’ cars, so will the insurance that I am currently under, raise, even though I wasn’t pulled over in those cars?
My grandmother and my parents both use different insurance companies, if that matters.

I live in NY and I’m only using the car for the summer. The problem is, adding me on the insurance policy will be a total ripoff, as NY has the highest auto insurance rates.

I got a speeding ticket on january 16, going 55 on a 45. I’ve been waiting for the mail for quite a while now, 8 weeks or so, but it still hasn’t come. On the ticket, it says that my court date is on april 2, which is less than a month away from now and I dont know what to do. Is it still coming or should I call them?

So I went to Utah on Monday. I was watching the nightly news and there was a story that a transgender person went to the DMV to get their license renewed or something like that. The people at the DMV told him he had to take off all of his makeup for the picture. Do you think this is right of the DMV? Why or why not?
