someone I know was convicted of a habitual DWI in the state if NC back in 2003. this person was told that they could get their license back or get provisional license or "work license" is this true? If so. how they can do this?

I just got a speeding ticket and I am trying to decide whether to pay the extra fee and go to traffic school to avoid it affecting my record. Does having one ticket on your record make a big difference for anything? Thanks. I’m in IL

I just remembered that i’m giving blood on the 27th of this month and wondering if this means i’ll have to abstain from alcohol on new years eve.

Can a defense lawyer really get you out of a DUI with the denture trapped alcohol defense?
I blew a .11 with dentures that I had done has a immediate denture procedure. After a month they where ready for a reline and where very lose trapping food and liquid causing a higher BAC! I have done test with a 0 breathalyzer by swishing beer in my mouth spit it out and wait 20 mins and I blow up to .06. I am not trying to get out of my DUI but I know how much I had to drink and it does not match up with BAC calculator I should have been blowing around .04. My DUI happend in California.

Plz…. does anyone know if you have asthma are you still required to take the breathalyzer or even required to have it in your car with out getting introuble. In other words, can you get out of haveing that put in your car, because of asthma.
