I need to find stats on motor vehicle accidents. Specifically, injuries per year and driver passenger and pedestrians impacted. & types of injury outcomes. Where should I look!
I’m only wondering.
What products available for consumption would be the most life threatening behind the wheel of a car.
Don’t you worry, I won’t be trying it. The question seemingly floated into my head during biology class today. Irrelevant, I know, but I thought it something worth bringing to the attention of the yahoo community. I trust you and your dangerous foods.
More crashes (deaths) are caused by speeding drivers than "DUI" drivers, but speeders only get a $ fine. I say treat ALL moving violations the same, License taken away, big fines, prison time. Both speed and driving drunk is a choice. I had an Aunt killed by a moron going 80 in a 50 mile zone, he lost control and slammed into her car, he only got a 0 fine for "failure to control". But get a "DUI" (no crash) and get prison time.
Or do the Judge Handle traffic tickets. For the state of California.
I went to the DMV in new york city to get a new id card because it expired. Its been around 3.5 weeks already and i still have not received it. I heard it was 2-3 weeks that you should receive it. Could it been lost in the mail? What should i do?
My friend who lives in Illinois got a ticket in Wisconsin.
She thinks it will be ok for her not to pay for her ticket since it was issued in a different state than where her driver’s license is issued.
She also said the worst penalty you could get for not paying for a speeding ticket is to get your driver’s license suspended. Is this true? I thought you could get arrested for not paying for a ticket.
I’d like to find out if a particular person has been charged with a DUI / DWI. Is there a public web site that lists such information. Also what is the difference between being charged with DUI (driving under the influence) vs. DWI (Driving while intoxicated)?
I’m in Missouri
I have a friend who is driving a car with no insurance and his registration has recently expired. He cannot get insurance so he cannot register his car. His license is fine. What happens in NYC if the police stop him? He says he will just get a ticket but can they arrest him?
Just wondering when someone violation the probation, of course prosecutor love to put violators into jail. But what about Probation Officer and Judge? Who usually love to put them back to jail?
Is there possible that the violator just got warn and not go back to jail because of judge or probation officer?
