I’m from Texas and if you get a speeding ticket in Texas you can have it removed from your record by taking a defensive driving course. I just got a speeding ticket in Oklahoma and I haven’t been able to find out if Oklahoma does the same thing. Does anyone know if there’s a way to get the ticket off of my record so my insurance doesn’t go up?

I sold a vehicle to a friend at a reduced price. When he went to pay the taxes and license fees, the clerk said it was worth more and he would have to pay fees based on a much higher worth. Do we have any options? What can we do to convince DMV to tax on the sale price?

I was arrested for Drunk in Public on St. Patricks day. I am currently paying and going to classes for a DUI. The DUI is from another county. What is going to happen to me?

75CL of red wine at 14.5% Volume
A litre of cider at 5.5% volume
And a few mouthfuls of whisky, vodka
And about a quarter of a bottle of Bailey’s

And please don’t just say ‘Wow that’s a lot’ or ‘That’s stupid’ I just need to know how much was in all this…

I have been in constant contact with my recruiter regarding this matter. He has informed me that if he and I do not tell the chief or C.O. it will get me into the Navy. This is my second DUI. My first DUI was 8 yrs ago, the second one was 2 years ago. I now have been attending my multiple conviction program for the past 12 months. After making weight, I took a leave of absence from my DUI classes thinking I would be going to basic. I went to talk to the recruiter about the waiver process and he was not there. The Chief looks at my paperwork and asks if everything has been completed. I explain that I still have 6 mos. of classes to complete, but have taken an L.O.A. to go to boot camp. I will continue the classes when I return. I have now been informed by the chief that I "should" complete the classes. I know I will need waivers for these convictions. I have paid all my fines. I have made all the physical requirements for enlistment.

The only thing is…I have to complete 6 more mos of classes. Is there ANY WAY to enlist and report back to the classes after I get back from Basic and or A school?

Keyword by the chief saying, "I should" complete the classes. Anyways, I really want to join the Navy, but after the shadiness of the recruiter I may be looking into other branches.

If you are pulled over and are given a breath test, resulting in a .05 can you still get charged with a DUI even if you are under the limit?

This famous person of today was picked on by their father they ended up with a terrible bed wetting problem. His father never let him forget that he loved his brother more than him. When he was in high school his brother was killed by a drunk driver.

Regarding breathalyzers and blood tests for alcohol (BAC); how long does it take for alcohol to dissipate in the body? Can a person show a 0.00 on a blood test, but still have had a drink earlier that night?
